Terms & conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access, browsing, and purchase of certified 925 sterling silver jewellery from Shivayra Jewels. By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Atelier & platform entity: Shivayra Jewels operates as an atelier for international fine 925 sterling silver jewellery, having its registered workshop and office at SX-9, Ridhi Sidhi Enclave 1, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India — 335001. All orders and transactions conducted through this platform constitute legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this website.
2. Pricing & applicable taxes: All jewellery prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, including 3% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices represent the final purchase price for the certified 925 sterling silver piece and are subject to market adjustments prior to order confirmation. Once your order is placed and payment is authorized, the price is finalized and locked for that transaction.
3. Orders & verification: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation acknowledges your order request. Shivayra Jewels reserves the right to decline, hold, or cancel any order prior to courier dispatch in cases of technical glitches, manifest pricing discrepancies, non-serviceability of the delivery pincode by our insured logistics partners, or suspected unauthorized payment activity. In any such instance, 100% of the debited amount is refunded immediately to your original payment source.
4. Payments & security: We accept verified payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking across major Indian banks, and Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express). All transactions are processed through RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways protected by 256-bit TLS encryption and mandatory 3D-Secure two-factor authentication. Shivayra Jewels never stores raw credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes on its servers.
5. Coupons & promotions: Coupon codes, promotional discounts, and festive privileges apply as stated on the platform and are valid for limited periods. Coupons are non-transferable, single-use per customer unless specified otherwise, and cannot be clubbed with other promotional offers. In the event of an order return or partial cancellation, any discount value applied via coupon is adjusted proportionally from the refunded amount.
6. Customised & bespoke sizes: Any piece that is custom-engraved, personalized, or resized specifically on customer request is specially handcrafted to unique specifications. Customised and bespoke-sized orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced at our workshop, and are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the verified event of a transit damage or manufacturing defect confirmed upon unboxing.
7. Silver care & natural oxidation: Every Shivayra piece is crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver, containing 92.5% pure silver. Sterling silver naturally undergoes superficial surface oxidation (tarnishing) when exposed over time to ambient air, humidity, sweat, or cosmetics. Natural surface oxidation is an inherent physical characteristic of authentic silver and does not constitute a defect. We provide complimentary cleaning and re-polishing at our atelier for all genuine Shivayra pieces (customer covers two-way insured courier shipping).
8. Intellectual property: All jewellery designs, photography, 3D renderings, product sketches, editorial content, and logos featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Shivayra Jewels. Any unauthorized commercial duplication, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability: Shivayra Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or courier transit delays caused by force majeure events beyond reasonable control (natural calamities, transport strikes, civic curfews). Our maximum aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the total invoice amount paid for the specific order.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions and all transactions conducted on this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India.
