Why does the price change during the day?

Because the silver rate does. Each page shows the rate it used and the time it was read. Once you add a piece to your bag, that price is held for 15 minutes.

What exactly is the making charge?

The labour of casting, filing, soldering, setting and finishing that piece, stated as a flat rupee amount per piece — never as a hidden percentage.

Why is there no size dropdown?

Each design exists as a single piece, so there is one size per product. The available size is printed in the product description, and we resize at cost where the design allows it.

What does 925 mean?

925, or sterling, is 92.5% pure silver — the ideal precious metal for rings, pendants and anything worn daily. Every Shivayra piece is certified 925 sterling silver.

Will it tarnish?

All silver does, eventually. Wiping after wear and storing it in the pouch delays it for years. We re-polish Shivayra pieces free of charge.

Do you ship all over India?
